On the water stations it will be served Fuel Of Norway sports drink and water. At the station at Torvet, bananas will also be available.
If you are unable to finish the race, please report your name at the information desk for registration.
You can change your distance/start wave yourself on "My Page" in EQ Timing up until race week. After the bib number distribution has started, you can switch your distance when you pick up your bib number.

The pacers have been instructed to maintain a steady pace, while adjusting for terrain and elevation.They should keep a slight buffer in pace for hills and water stations.The pacer's most important task is to communicate with the runners in their group along the way.

All participants must have a license. You either hold an annual license through your running club as a member of the Norwegian Athletics Federation, or you must purchase a one-time license. This is bought together with your registration in EQ Timing.

Event Medics will be present during the event to enhance the capacity for health-related support. Medical personnel will be available at the finish line, at the Skansen water station, and will circulate throughout the venue and the course.
Event Medics' doctors and nurses have extensive experience in emergency injury treatment and sports medicine.
Due to the reopening of traffic on the course, participants must cross the finish line within a set time limit. Participants who do not finish within the maximum time will not be included in the official results. For this year’s race, the maximum time for the marathon distance is 6 hours.
Trondheim Marathon maintains a close and effective collaboration with all emergency services in Trondheim to ensure the safety of participants and spectators, while also allowing daily emergency operations to continue during the event.
In case of an emergency requiring immediate assistance, runners and spectators are asked to call the emergency number 113.
It is important that family members and participants contact the race office if a runner does not finish or requires medical attention.

We encourage you to walk or cycle to the event and use the bicycle parking available in the city center.

The exchange point is located on Munkegata, by the City Hall.There is a dedicated office and information point, as well as access to toilets there. Participants exchanging (legs 2-4) can go directly to this point.
Team Marathon4 x 10.5 km. All participants must have the bib number attached to the chest. The relay baton contains a chip and must be handed over to the next participant in the exchange zone. The baton should be returned at the finish line.
Team Half Marathon4 x 5 km. The course is the same as the TrøndelagKraft 5k. All participants must have the bib number attached to the chest. The relay baton contains a chip and must be handed over to the next participant in the exchange zone. The baton should be returned at the finish line.
